Conditions of sale

The owner of the online shop KariniButiik.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is OÜ K&N (registration code 12920674), located at Suve 2 Tallinn.

Validity of the conditions of sale

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods and services from the online store KARINIBUTIIK.EE between the buyer (hereinafter the Consumer) and the company K&N OÜ (hereinafter the Online store KARINIBUTIIK.EE).

In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the KARINIBUTIIK.EE online store are governed by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter LOA), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter CCPA) and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

The online shop KARINIBUTIIK.EE reserves the right to make changes to the conditions of sale. These changes will be reflected on the website www.karinibutiik.ee

Price info

All prices on KARINIBUTIIK.EE are in Euro and include VAT.

The price of the purchases is subject to the cost of transport according to the mode of delivery chosen by the Consumer.

Prices are valid from the time the order is placed until the payment deadline for the placed order expires (1 day after the order is placed).

If the order is placed before the terms and conditions of sale or prices are amended, the legal relations between the Consumer and K&N OÜ shall be governed by the terms and conditions in force at the time the order was placed.

Placing an order

To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. In order to place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid by bank transfer or other payment method. The details for the euro payment, including all applicable national taxes and surcharges, can be found on the invoice displayed on the screen after the order has been confirmed. The order confirmation, together with the invoice, will also be sent to the e-mail address you have registered.

Please fill in the fields on the details and order confirmation page carefully, as the accuracy and correctness of the information provided will determine the prompt and smooth delivery of the products you have purchased and the subsequent resolution of any disputes and claims.

The contract shall enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Shop.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded, usually within 1-2 working days. Depending on the method of payment, it may take up to 7 working days to receive the payment.

Orders placed via the online shop will be processed on working days (Mon-Fri 10.00-17.00). If the order is placed on a Friday after 15:00, the order will be processed the following Monday.

The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer, if the price of the goods in the online shop has been marked significantly below the market price due to a mistake.

Entry into force of the sales contract

With the contract of sale of the Goods, the online shop KARINIBUTIIK.EE undertakes to deliver to the Consumer the Goods that are available, manufactured or to be acquired by the online shop KARINIBUTIIK.EE in the future and to enable the transfer of ownership to the Consumer, while the Consumer undertakes to pay to the online shop KARINIBUTIIK.EE the amount indicated on the invoice for the Goods and to accept the Goods.

Orders that have not been paid for will be cancelled 1 day after the order has been placed.

The sales contract enters into force after the payment made by the Consumer has been credited to the bank account of K&N OÜ.

Delivery to

Goods are sent to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Finland, Sweden and Switzerland.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.

Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery takes place within 3-7 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 30 calendar days.

The online shop KARINIBUTIIK.EE is not liable for the delay in delivery of goods if the goods have been delivered to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that the online shop KARINIBUTIIK.EE could not influence or foresee.

Unquantifiable force

The online shop KARINIBUTIIK.EE is not liable for damages caused to the Customer or for the delay in delivery of the goods, if the damage or the delay in delivery of the goods is due to circumstances that the online shop KARINIBUTIIK.EE could not influence or foresee.

KARINIBUTIIK.EE online shop is not responsible for colour differences due to screen settings.

Processing of personal data

By entering the data in the online shop and with the corresponding confirmation, the Consumer grants the right to collect and process the Consumer's personal data (name, contact telephone number, delivery and/or home address, e-mail address) and to forward the personal data to the logistics partner for the delivery of the goods.

The online shop KARINIBUTIIK.EE has the right to use the Consumer's residential or business address to send advertising and other information to the Consumer.

The consumer has the right at any time to object to the collection and use of his personal data, unless this is necessary for the recovery of a claim arising from the contract or for the delivery of the goods.

The use of electronic personal data for direct mailing purposes will only take place if the Consumer has given his or her separate consent on the website KARINIBUTIIK.EE (in the direct mail module).

Encrypted data communication with banks when paying for purchases ensures the security of the Consumer's personal banking details, which are not accessible by Veebipoel.

Intellectual property and its exploitation

All intellectual property on the KARINIBUTIIK.EE website and Facebook and Instagram fan pages is the property of K&N OÜ and protected by copyright law.

Copying, distribution, publication for commercial purposes, use in the mass media or any other exploitation of intellectual property without the author's consent is prohibited.

Complaints procedure

The online shop is liable for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery and which will become apparent within a maximum of two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During this first six months after the delivery of the goods to the buyer, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Shop to rebut this presumption.

In the event of a defect, the purchaser has the right to contact the online shop within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to tellimus@karinibutiik.ee or by calling +372 56 14 14 97.

The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the Online Shop have defects for which the Online Shop is responsible, the Online Shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online shop will refund the buyer all the fees for the sales contract.

The online shop will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The online shop KARINIBUTIIK.EE uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The online shop KARINIBUTIIK.EE forwards personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.

The online shop KARINIBUTIIK.EE sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his/her wish to receive them by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The purchaser may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.

Dispute resolution

If the purchaser has any complaints about the Online Shop, they should be sent by e-mail to tellimus@karinibutiik.ee or by telephone to +372 56 14 14 97. If the purchaser and the Online Shop are unable to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee. (Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn; phone 6201 707; e-mail avaldus@komisjon.ee) You can consult the procedural conditions and submit an application by. here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Shop.
