Orders are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland
Deliveries within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Deliveries outside Estonia take place within 3-7 calendar days. In exceptional cases, there is the right to deliver the goods within up to 30 calendar days.
Orders placed in the online shop are processed on working days (Mon–Fri 10:00–17:00). If an order is placed on Friday after 15:00, the order is processed on the following Monday.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Additional information on transport options can be obtained from here
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded, usually within 1-2 working days.
