Cancellation of contract<\/b><\/p>\n

After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days without stating a reason. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply if the consumer has opened sealed packaging of the item handed over, which is not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, or if the products or services are not returnable in the sense of \u00a7 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act (e.g., underwear, bras, swimwear, tanning wear, stockings-socks, open-package cosmetics, perfumes-hygiene products, duvets, and pillows).<\/span><\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of deterioration of the item subject to return, the consumer shall only be liable for the decrease in value of the item resulting from the use of the item in a manner other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. To ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, the Consumer should handle and use the item only in the same manner as permitted in a regular store. Therefore, it is not excluded that the value of the item has decreased to zero due to damage, and K&N O\u00dc has the right to claim compensation for the decrease in value of the item. The consumer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal request or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the logistics company within the aforementioned period. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective item).<\/span><\/p>\n

K&N O\u00dc shall refund to the Consumer without delay upon receipt of the withdrawal request, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal request, all fees received from the Consumer under the contract. K&N O\u00dc has the right to delay the refund until the Consumer has returned the product or provided evidence that the Consumer has returned the product.<\/span><\/p>\n
