RETURN INFORMATION

Please return the product(s) by post using the method below:

The postage costs for returning the product are paid by the consumer and are non-refundable.
Free return - to the representative store Suve 2 Tallinn within 7 days of the application.

Terms and conditions:

- The return of the product is subject to the completion and transmission of a prior declaration.
- The product must be new, unused in any way other than that necessary to explain the product's characteristics, and unlabelled.
- LOA § 562(4) - in case of deterioration of the goods to be returned, the consumer is liable for the decrease in value of the goods due to their use.
- The returned package must contain the customer's information and order number.
If the product has been correctly returned, not used in any other way than necessary to clarify the product's characteristics, and Karini Butiig has no claims regarding the returned product, the refund will be made to your account within 14 days at the latest.
